Red = + positive Black = − ground
- Power IN at the knob end. The crowns point toward the lights.
- Every cable has 2 wires. Connect red to red and black to black.
- The yellow block is the 5A fuse on the red wire.

Designed for those who need direct, immediate light control in any situation, rain or shine.
The power button is designed to withstand impacts in high traffic areas without turning on or off accidentally. It produces an audible "click" sound when pressed. Rotate the dial to adjust brightness.
Switch comes with die-cut 3M VHB tape for easy mounting on any flat surface. Kingpin crowns point toward the lights.
Works with all Kingpin lights! 3 Amp Max capacity.

Good questions, short answers
The knob end. Power from the battery goes in at the knob end, and the lights connect at the button end, where the crowns point. Wired backwards, it only turns on and off and won't dim. Just swap the ends.
Up to 3 amps of lights: 2× 40", 4× F-28, 8× F-12 or 6× V-12. You can mix F- and V-Series, just add up the amps: F-40 1.1, F-28 0.7, F-12 0.3, V-40 1.4, V-12 0.5.
Yes. The dial stays where you left it, so the lights come back on at the same brightness.
Yes. On F-Series lights, the button on the light still works. The dimmer controls power and brightness.
Yes. It's weatherproof (IP54): dust-protected and splash-proof from any direction. Don't submerge it.
About 6" on each end, 20 AWG. Add the Power Cable to reach farther.
Rotary: weatherproof (IP54), a firm click button, and a dial you can feel. Touch: small and flat, tap to turn on, hold to dim, for inside spots only (not weatherproof).
Any 12V DC source works, like a power station's 12V outlet. Most USB ports are 5V, so they won't run the light. Some higher-power USB ports may work, but we don't recommend it.

This is a must have if you have lights in a hard to reach place or multiple lights. Dimmable option is a great add on. Just needs the ability to switch colors with the remote switch. Still 5 STARS!!!

Mounted via a quick connect to the Kingpin AC adapter via portable battery power station. So far it’s looks durable. I added a velcro backing so I can attach to truck quickly during use and fold up when in transport.
Great product. I paid to have it installed and the installer said it was very easy. He said that they are not using your product at this time but are looking to adding it to their product line for their customers. The dimmer was well worth it. Getting truck ready for soon camping trip to Colorado.

One of my favorite camping accessories
Super happy with the light and rotary switch. I installed the light on my topper door so I could clean fish on my tailgate at night. I also like how it can be rotated to light up my boat trailer during loading and unloading. The rotary switch can be mounted for easy access. No other light on the market can be installed on your door and have this functionality.
Great addition to the lights. Only complaint and you can say it’s on me but there’s no direction of which current flows. So I wired power in where power goes out. That negates the dimmer feature. I have my wires ran so deep and hidden I don’t want to redo the wire work. So it serves as a on off button now. At some point I’ll get bored and switch wires. But maybe just include a slide of paper that says hey dumb dumb power goes in here and this side goes to the lights.

Have this button/dimming mounted inside on the left side of my camper shell. Wired it to an accessory plug and use it with my ecoflow to power it. I have ordered some wire loom and electrical cable so I can run it to my vehicles battery in the future, but my current set up works well since I have my ecoflow powering my fridge in the bed as well, so it's pretty easy to hook up and get my light going.

I've tried both the touch to dim and now the dial. I prefer the dial. Much easier to get the perfect brightness. In my humble opinion. Spend the extra money for the dial! You want be disappointed. G
