Shipping policy
While we always properly package your order before it leaves our facility, on occasion products may get damaged or lost. If this happens, please follow these steps:
Never accept delivery without taking note of any damage that might have occurred in transit. Make sure the delivery driver takes note of any damage.
- If the damage is so severe that it is obvious the product inside has been damaged or products are missing, do not sign for the item, and refuse your delivery.
- If the damage is less severe and the goods appear to be intact, ask the driver to document the damage before accepting the delivery.
If your order is delivered while you are away, and there is damage or missing items, you must send all required information to sales@kingpinequipped.com before we can send out any replacements:
- Please provide your order number and a brief description of what's damaged or missing.
- 1+ photos showing the damaged package and shipping label. We must be able to read the shipping label clearly to identify the package and damage.
- 1+ photos showing all products received in the order, including the packing slip if available.
All damages or missing items must be reported to us within 48 Hours of delivery.
Once we receive your email we'll review your case and contact you within 24 hours to verify your claim and get your replacement(s) shipped out.
Delivery dates for all carriers and services are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges and fees are not refundable if a delivery deadline is not met.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday will not ship until the following Monday morning - we do not fulfill orders on weekends. Rush delivery (2-Day Shipping) fees can not be refunded for orders placed during non-operating hours or business days.
Customers outside of the continental United States may be subject to additional customs, import, shipping or brokerage fees. Please contact your preferred carrier for more information. All tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Any returned products due to unpaid tariffs and duties will be subject to our Returns Policy.
Free shipping only applies to orders over $250 within the lower 48 United States (Contiguous United States). Certain product exclusions apply. We reserve the right to change the free shipping threshold at any time.
