Kingpin Limited Warranty
Kingpin Equipped warrants that lights and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment. Kingpin Equipped does not accept responsibility of any type for, and this warranty shall not apply to lights and accessories that have been subjected to improper installation or application, extreme operating environments beyond the rated limits, negligence, tampering, abuse, or which have been disassembled and/or repaired or altered by anyone. Sellers liability under this warranty shall extend only to replacement or repair, at its own option, of lights or accessories to the original purchaser. Shipping costs are covered at Kingpin's discretion.
You must submit photo and/or video evidence of your installation and defective product to open a warranty claim.
Individual parts for Kingpin products are not available for purchase.
- All warranty returns and replacement require authorization
- Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications.
- Warranty periods start on the shipment date.
- For all warranty returns, at our option and as the exclusive remedy, we will replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value.
- Kingpin Equipped does not warranty or offer any compensation for installation labor that may be required to replace a warranty item(s).

If purchased through a verified retailer, please contact said retailer for any warranty needs and Kingpin will work directly with them.
Disclaimer and Liability Information
Kingpin Equipped's liability for any defective lights or accessories is limited to the repair or replacement of the light or accessory, at its own option, as set forth herein. Under no circumstances shall Kingpin Equipped be liable for damage to any other property or persons caused by any defects of the lights or accessory, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the light or accessory, loss of time, loss of life, commercial loss or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
