Built to move
Mount the light where a flat light can't point the right way: a door, a rack, a roll bar, a ceiling. Each mount clamps onto an end cap, and the wire runs through the axle, so the light and mount look like one piece.

Install
How to install
- 1
Run the light's wire through one mount's axle and seat the end cap. Slide the other mount onto the far end.
- 2
Tighten the Allen screw in each mount (3/32" key) to clamp the light. Do not use threadlocker.
- 3
Stick the mounts down with the 3M VHB tape, or screw them down. Then aim it.
You'll need a 3/32" Allen key (not included), and a Phillips screwdriver if you use the screws.

No. Tape and screws come in the box. The 3M VHB tape holds on glass, topper doors and smooth panels if you prep the spot: clean it, scuff it lightly, wipe it with rubbing alcohol, then wipe on 3M Primer 94. Most toppers also have a reinforced ceiling for mounting lights. Carpet-lined caps have plywood under the carpet, so use the screws there.
Yes. Each mount has larger countersunk holes on its center line that line up with T-slot rails. Bring your own T-slot hardware, since channel sizes vary.

I spoke to Chance one night when I called to leave a message. I think he was driving home, but still took the call. After explaining what I wanted, we both agreed the 12" was probably all I needed. A couple days later I sat down to order, and got to looking at the 40". I could buy 2 12" for the same price as the 40" and would have 16" more. So I went ahead and got the 40". Im so glad I did. This light is amazing. Lights up the back of my truck to remove gear, and with the search mount, I can rotate it where needed. Best decision yet. This light is going to bring me many years of enjoyment. Thanks.

I bought a 12" and a 40" F series light with the 360 mounts for a new Jeep Gladiator with a SmartCap shell. The 40 went on the back hatch, the 12 on the driver's side hatch. Tiny 22g wiring, but I guess appropriate given how these sip the juice. The product seems solid. Installed them today. The install was trivial once I got the wires run from the battery to the lights. (Wire runs from the battery to a shared fuse box in the SmartCap.) Love the ability to switch from red light to white light. The white light is pretty intense. Thinking about adding the dimmers when budget allows. The 360 swivel works as expected. I can point it into the topper or out to the surrounding area. The rear one will be very handy for camp setups. The buttons and the swivel are a bit stiff. Buttons take a stab or two to get them to respond. I assume they will loosen up with time.

Took a minute to install, but I made sure to take my time and mount my light properly. It fits PERFECTLY on the lower plastic portion of my wranglers back glass.
I bought the 12in F series locally and mounted it to the liftgate of my Jeep CJ7 using the provided double stick tape. While it probably would have worked decent as it I decided to go online and purchase the mounts that allow it to rotate and remounted again using the supplied double stick tape. (The store I bought it from didn’t have the mounts in stock) The build quality for both the light and the mount is top notch. The shipping of the mount was very quick, I believe on got it in three days. Wiring was quick and easy. Product puts off a lot of light.

These help me rotate the light when Ai am either looking for something in my truck bed at night and while cleaning up or setting up camp. Didn't not screw these into my camper shell, and only used the 3m adhesive. So far, it hasn't fallen down, even with the weather being so hot.
Must have accessory for these light to move and put the light right where its needed. Don't install these lights without them.

These things are just what I’ve been looking for. I’m not much for reviews unless something is really that great and let me tell you, these lights are it! Super bright for how small they are and having the switch and light controls built in is super handy. Will definitely get more at some point, probably bigger, definitely a must have for a truck/outdoor enthusiast!
