Slim, simple, tough
The first light we ever made, and still the workhorse. The rotation is built into the light, so there's nothing extra to buy or bolt on.

How to install
- This shows one zone. Each zone wires the same way, to its own dimmer.
- Red to red, black to black. Where the lights meet, the 3 reds join and the 3 blacks join.
- The yellow block is the 5A fuse on the red wire.

Mount the lights: 1 on the tailgate or rear window, 2 on the ceiling or sides. Turn each to aim it.

Wire each zone to its own Touch Dimmer (lights on the crown end), and mount both dimmers inside.

Join the dimmers' power ends to the Power Supply Kit. Last, bolt it to the battery.
You'll need wire strippers, connectors for 20 AWG wire, and wire routing supplies.

This is the original Kingpin truck topper, canopy, camper shell, cap lighting kit. This kit uses Kingpin V-Series Single Color lights with built-in rotation.
Transform your truck with two zones of control, and single color, fully diffused, rotating lights. Control one rotating light on the tailgate or rear window and control two more lights separately on the ceiling or side doors!

Each zone has its own dimmer. Light just the tailgate, just the inside, or both, each at its own brightness.
Yes. Each dimmer runs up to 3 amps: 2× 40", 4× 28", 8× F-12 or 6× V-12. Add up the amps in each zone.
Wire strippers, connectors for 20 AWG wire, and wire routing supplies. They aren't in the kit.
The rotation is built in. Turn it by hand up to 180° and it stays where you aim it. No Search Mounts needed.
No. A thick, diffused lens spreads the light evenly, so there are no bright hot spots and no harsh glare. It's easy to work under and easy to be around at camp.
The whole kit draws 4.2 amps at full brightness.
